| 摘 要： | 高校体育场馆管理经过多年的探索和实践,从无到有,从小到大,从单一管理到多方面发展,其巨大的社会效益、经济效益、强大的生命力和广阔的发展前景,已充分显现出来。随着我国体育事业的发展及高等教育改革的不断发展和深入,高校体育场馆这一特有资源将会被社会充分的认识和利用。高校体育场馆的产业化管理、市场化经营将是21世纪我国高校体育场馆管理的发展趋势,本文试图就这种发展趋势作些探讨。

| Abstract: | It has been many years of exploration and practice in the field of gym administration in universities and colleges.Its tremendous social values,economic benefits,vigorous power and promising prospect have been manifested through the process of its formation,the being developing to today's scale from none,from mono-mode management to the multiple development.With the development of sports course and the deepening of educational reform in universities and colleges,the gym,this special form of source will be fully recognized and utilized.Industrialized administration and marketized management in universities and colleges gym will be the developing trend.This article makes an attempt to do some exploration on this aspect. |
