| 摘 要： | 小康文化是指建设小康经济发展水平和人们精神需求相适应的社会文化。它是社会主义精神文明建设不断发展的产物,也是一个长期而艰巨的复杂系统工程,由于我国农村人口占80％,所以小康文化建设要以农村小康文化建设为重点。

As matter of fact , the construction of "well-off culture" has bee included in the ideological and ethical progress . The hard task carried out for the construction of "well-off culture" lies in the countryside. |
