| 摘 要： | 在关于高等教育质量的研究与实践中,一种社会本位的价值观长期以来起着主导作用,人们往往主要或只从社会需要的角度去讨论、认识、规定、评价高等教育质量。随着市场经济体制的建立,以学生为本、满足学生个人的需要正在成为我国高等教育实践的一种新的价值取向。从这种价值取向出发,有必要重新认识高等教育质量的含义及其特点。

| Abstract: | The outlook that stresses on social function of higher education has played a leading role in the research and practice about quality of higher education.For example,the quality of higher education has been usually discussed,recognized and evaluated from the vision of social needs.But meeting the needs of students becomes a new trend of higher education in China with the development of market economy system.Therefore,it is necessary for us to consider the meaning of quality of higher education from the vision of human needs. |
