摘    要:采用运动生物力学手段对我国高水平游泳运动员的出发技术进行诊断,通过分析研究,找出了运动员在出发过程中所存在的技术问题。为帮助运动员提高出发技术,研究者发明了一种可以显示出运动员从发令枪响到脚离台所用时间的电子台上时间测试仪。通过采用该仪器帮助运动员训练出发技术,所有运动员的出发10米段时间都减少了:减少的平均时间男子为0.48秒,女子为0.62秒(P<0.01),最大值为0.83秒。

Abstract:The starting technique of elite swimmers in our country was diagnosed by means of biomechani(?)s.Throuth analysis andstudy,the technical problems in the starting process of the swimmers were found.In order to improve the starting techniqueof the swimmers,the authors of this paper invented an electronic bolck time indicator which could show the time from start-ing signal to the moment the swimmer's feet left the front edge of the block.By using this device to train the swimmers forstarting technigue,the starting time of all swimmers in the national team was shortened.The average time shortened was0.48 sec.for men,0.62 sec.for women (P<0.01) and the maximum time shortende was 0.83 sec.
