| 摘 要： | 广义的技术标准化涵盖从研究与开发、专利技术确立为产业标准，直至标准采用、产品开发和技术扩散的完整过程。在这一过程中，R&D、技术标准和产业化三个要素相辅相成、相互交织，呈现三螺旋结构状态，共同推动技术标准化进程。本文提出技术标准化三螺旋结构模型，研究标准化螺旋体上升的路径和动力；并通过TD-SCDMA案例，系统揭示技术标准化的深层机理和规律。对促进研发、标准化和产业化协调发展，提高技术创新战略绩效具有重要启示和政策含义。
