| 摘 要： | 加强质量文化建设对于新建普通本科院校的可持续发展具有重大而深远的影响。如将文化建设看作一项系统工程,那么新建普通本科院校的质量文化建设的原则应为:面向学生;依靠教师;健全制度和重视过程。相应,策略应为强化质量意识,树立质量观众;加强制度建设,规范质量标准;优化行为模式,保证建设质量。
