| 摘 要： | 21世纪以来草根公益组织迅猛发展,成为公益事业的生力军。作为真正的民间组织草根公益组织对于中国公益事业的发展、社会领域的建设和发育、政府职能的改革、社会管理体制创新、社会精神文明建设等有着重要的意义。然而,由于内外环境制约,草根公益组织整体发展情况不容乐观,亟待理论研究。文章对涉及草根公益组织发展的研究进行了梳理,总结现有研究存在的不足,并指出今后的研究方向。

Overview of the Research on the Development of the Grass-roots Public Welfare Organization |

| Abstract: | Since the 21st century, the grass-roots public welfare organizations have made rapid development, and have become the main force of public welfare undertakings. As a real folk organization, grass-roots public welfare organization is of great significance for the development of Chinese public welfare undertakings, in the field of social construction and development, the system innovation of social management, the reform of the government functions, social spiritual civilization construction and so on. However, due to the limitation of ex- ternal environment and the grass-roots public welfare organization itself, the overall development of the grass- roots public welfare organization is not optimistic, which demands a further theoretical research.The article gen- eralizes the related research on the development of the grass-roots public welfare organization, summarizes the deficiency of the existing research, and points out the future research direction. |
