| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等对河南省25所高校276名体育教师的师德修养、身心素质、文化知识素质、社会适应能力等方面进行了调查,并对调查结果进行了深入地分析讨论,针对如何提高高校体育教师的综合素质提出了相应对策,为素质教育背景下高校的体育教学改革提供依据和参考。
