| 摘 要： | 建立地方区域信息资源服务平台是时代对区域社会经济发展提出的新要求。其实质是在新的历史条件下整合和发挥好一定区域内高校、企业、地方政府三方面密切合作才能形成的信息资源开发与利用优势。这种信息资源服务的新模式，运用资源整合、服务拓展、组织活动的方式构建三方合作平台，强调队伍建设和宣传力度，追求在平等互利的基础上当前利益和长远利益的有机结合。

| Abstract: | The Construction of Local Service Platform for Information Resources is a new requirement of regional social and economic development in the new era.The essence is to integrate advantages in the devlopment and utilization of information resources brought by close cooperation among university,enterprises and local government in a certain area.Through resources integration,services expansion and activities organizing,this new pattern constructs a cooperative platform,which focuses on talent training and information releasing,and tries to peruse a balance between immediate interests and long-term interests on the basis of equality and mutual benefits. |
