| 摘 要： | 通过长期从事武术专业教学与训练工作的实践经验,对武术普修课的教学特点、教学内容、学生的学习动机、所采用的教学方法与教学手段,如何提高武术普修课教学质量进行综合性的分析与研究,认为在武术普修课教学过程中,要培养学生学习武术的兴趣;采取不同的教学方法手段;合理运用了引导和探究法;采取充实活动等方法提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | Based on the author's practice in martin arts teaching and trainings,the paper presents a comprehensive analysis and study of enhancing martial arts teaching effect,in such aspects as teaching contents,features,methods and means,and students' learning motivation.The paper suggests arousing students' learning interest,adopting different teaching methods,organizing activities in the teaching of martial arts. |
