| 摘 要： | 在新型工业化道路推进的过程中，产业结构优化升级问题已引起了政府和学术界的高度瞩目。本文运用计量经济方法对我国近十年来高技术产业发展对产业结构优化升级的作用进行实证分析。结果表明：近十年来我国高技术产业的迅猛发展，确实促进了产业结构的优化升级，虽对三次产业比重变动影响不大，但对工业内部技术结构、劳动结构、资本结构等的优化升级促进作用较为明显。大力发展高技术产业是促进我国产业结构优化升级的必然战略选择。

| Abstract: | The industrial structure upgrading has become an urgent issue for both government and academia in the process of pro- moting the new-type industrialization.An empirical analysis on how hi-tech industries impact the industrial structure upgrading in China during the last 10 years is given by using the econometric approach.The results show that the rapid development of hi- tech industries in resent years does have obviously impacts on the industrial structure upgrading.Though the development of hi- tech industries has little influences on changeing the proportion of three industries,it has some remarkable effects on the improve- ments and upgrade of the industrial structure of technology,labor,and capital.In conclusion,as a long term strategy,it is nec- essary to develop hi - tech industries in order to promote the improvement and upgrade of industrial structure in China. |
