| 摘 要： | 高校要在激烈的竞争中保持竞争优势,就必须要有其核心竞争力.价值链作为一种新的战略管理理念和手段,在企业、城市等竞争分析中已经应用,并得到了充分的肯定.它也同样可以用于高校,通过构造高校价值链,利用价值链分析这一有效工具,可以找出识别、培育与提升高校核心竞争力的方法.

| Abstract: | Universities need to develop their own core competence to maintain a relative preponderance in present keen competition.As a new managerial strategy,value chain has been widely applied and recognized in competition analysis of enterprises and cities.The theory of value chain can be also applied to universities.By developing university value chain and by using the tool of value chain analysis,we can construct a model to identify,cultivate and improve university core competence. |
