| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、访问调查、比较分析等方法 ,从人才结构、专业编制、人才基础、目标战略等方面 ,探讨了江苏省竞走运动的现状 ,指出了江苏省竞走运动在相关问题上存在的主要问题 ,并就此提出了相关对策与建议。
