| 摘 要： | "全胜"战略建立在"先胜"、"可胜"、"必胜"与"易胜"基础之上,其核心思想就是综合运用政治、经济、外交、军事等多种手段"示力"和"施力",掌握战略主动权,创造全胜实力,达成追求和平"不战而屈人之兵"的战略目标。求之于势,建设威慑型现代后勤,兵不顿而利可全;以镒称铢,建设军民兼容型现代后勤,胜兵先胜而后求战;知彼知己,建设精确型现代后勤,致人而不致于人;因敌制胜,建设攻防兼备型现代后勤,故能自保而全胜的后勤战略抉择,将奠定信息化条件下后勤先知、先备、先行、先战的基础,真正形成"后勤不后"的战略优势。

| Abstract: | Overall victory strategy is established on the basis of before-handed victory,being vincible,definite victory and easy victory.The central idea of overall strategy is to comprehensively employ political,economic,diplomatic and military approaches to demonstrate and exert the forces,grasp the strategic initiative,create overall victory strength and achieve the strategic aim of victory without fighting.Turning to posture to construct deterring modern logistics,military and civil modern logistics,accurate modern logistics,and modern logistics of attacking and defending can actually form the strategic logistical advantages on the basis of logistical knowledge,preparation,action and fighting in advance. |
