| 摘 要： | 对外直接投资已成为我国民营经济发展的趋势,促进具备条件的民营企业跨国经营,既是提高民营企业素质和打造优秀品牌的必由之路,也是培植跨国经营主体和参与国际经济竞争的战略措施。湖南民营企业应根据自身的特点、采取有效方法去寻找和确定影响其对外直接投资区位分布的因素。

| Abstract: | Foreign direct investment has become a trend of development among private enterprises in China. To promote multinational business among qualified private enterprises is not only an indispensable way to enhance the quality of private enterprises and to establish excellent brands, but also a strategic measure to develop multinational business entity and participation in international economic competition. The private enterprises should adopt efficient ways to find and ascertain the factors which might influence the regional allocation of foreign direct investment according to their own characteristics. |
