| 摘 要： | 旅游危机管理是针对近年来旅游业中一些不确定因素引起的一些行业风险而提出的新的管理理念。文章通过对我国危机管理现状的分析,提出了预防和处理我国旅游危机的方法,建构起处理我国旅游灾难的基本战略框架。

| Abstract: | Tourism crisis management is a new managing idea aiming at some uncertain factors taking place in tourism industry .This article puts forward some precautionary and overcoming ways to deal with the tourism crisis through analyzing the current situation of china tourism industry, setting up a basic strategic frame to prevent and fight against the tourism crisis and supply it as reference for occupational experts and enterprises. |
