| 摘 要： | 通过对在宁20所高校体育教育部门20位负责人及在校大学生400名进行问卷调查,分别对体育表演人才的专业结构需求进行调查分析。研究结果表明:专业技术能力是校园体育文化活动开展最有力的技术保障,教师的专业化水平、工作态度,职业道德是赢得民意的有力举措,基本素质和专业知识是保证活动正常有序开展的前提,专业理念引领着活动的发展方向,专业发展意识是实现自我更新的责任基础。建议:高校培养应着重提高其专业技术技能,促进人才的一专多能及全面发展,体育表演人才应时刻审视自身业务水平及工作的方式、方法、态度等多方面表现,及时作出相应的调整,加强基础理论知识的学习,更新专业知识的时效性,注重树立正确的专业思想观念,通过专业实践积累,逐渐形成自我专业发展能力,为进一步专业发展奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Through the questionnaire survey proceeded among 20 chiefs of sports education department and 400 undergraduate students in 20 universities in Nanjing,the author investigates and analyses the professional structure needs of sports performance talents.The results of the study show that,professional technical ability is the most powerful technical support of campus sports and culture activities.Teachers’ professional level,work attitude and professional ethics are the powerful measures to win the public opinion.Basic quality and professional knowledge is the premise to ensure sports and culture activities carried out orderly.Professional idea leads the development direction of activities.Professional development consciousness is the liability basis of realizing self-updating.The author’s suggestions are showed as following: First,universities should focus on improving their technical skills.Second,universities should promote sports performance talents’ expert and comprehensive development.Third,sports performance talents should examine their own business level and the way,method,attitude and other aspects of work.Then rapidly make corresponding adjustment,strengthen basic theoretical knowledge of learning,update the efficiency of the professional knowledge,pay attention to set up correct concept of professional.Through the professional life accumulation,gradually form self professional development ability,to lay the foundation for further professional development. |
