| 摘 要： | 高校体育教师是高校体育教学的组织者和管理者，他们是影响高校体育教学的主要因素。本文从教学对象、教师自身特点、教学目标和任务以及教学内容和教法对高校体育教师特点进进行了分析，得出高校体育教师具有不同于中小学教师的鲜明特点。

| Abstract: | College physical education teachers are the organizers and managers of college physical education teaching,they are the main factors influencing college physical education teaching.From the teaching object,teachers’ self-characteristics,teaching goal and mission,teaching content and method,this paper makes analysis on teachers’ characteristics of college physical education,and finds out that college physical education teachers have distinctive characteristics different from that of primary and middle school teachers. |
