| 摘 要： | 本文运用运动生物力学的方法，对篮球急停跳投技术中的制动起跳、腾空出手和落地缓冲三个阶段分别进行了分析研究。指出急停跳投技术所应注意的关键问题，并合理地为其提供了理论依据，从而使运动员能够较好的掌握此技术动作。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of biomechanical analysis,this paper makes analysis on brake take-off,landing and buffering in basketball stop jump shot,points out the noticeable issue of stop jump shot and provide theoretical basis.The main purpose is to better master this skill. |
