| 摘 要： | 优秀运动队是我国高级运动训练组织形式,直接担负着实现奥运战略目标、建设体育强国的任务。本研究根据现代管理的定量化、模型化要求,对我国不同区域类型的优秀运动队管理系统分别构建了灰色关联模型、GM(1,N)动态协调模型(GM 即 Grey Dynamic Model,灰色动态系统模型)。对优秀运动队管理系统的人、财、物、信息及系统外环境诸结构要素进行了关联分析、动态协调分析和发展态势分析。从而为了解优秀运动队管理系统的内在运行机制和系统的未来发展态势找到了一条新的途径,为领导科学决策提供客观依据。因此,在一定程度上可以说,我国省区市优秀运动队管理系统 GM 模型的建立,是决策者了解系统现状、窥测系统未来的重要途径,是使优秀运动队管理迈向定量化、科学化的有益尝试。

| Abstract: | As a senior form of organization for sports training in our country,elite teams shoulder the tasks of fulfilling the strate-gic aims of the Olympics and helping to build China into a sports power.The aim of this paper is to construct a Grey-connect-ed Model and coordinate models of GM(1,N)trends for the administration systems of elite sports teams in differentprovinces,cities and autonomous regions by applying the methods of quantitative analyses and model illustrations as requiredin modern administration.By analysing the relationships,coordination and development of environmental factors such aspeople,money,material and information associated with the administration systems of elite teams,a new path has beenfound for comprehending the inner working mechanism and the trends of development of elite teams,which form an objec-tive basis for policy-making. |
