| 摘 要： | 国家间文化产业发展的严重失衡可能引致发展中国家的文化资源被侵蚀、意识形态被过滤、社会主流价值观被扭曲,文化贸易的单向度流通威胁着发展中国家的文化安全。当代文化产业的发展已成大势,国家需要重新评估文化安全风险,维护文化主权,以文化产业发展的主体地位构筑国家文化安全防火墙。当前,以文化产业、文化事业双轮驱动来维护国家文化安全,以文化综合竞争力提升国家文化软实力力,以国家政策引导文化市场是维护我国文化安全的战略选择。
