| 摘 要： | 简要回顾国内外20个主要个人捐助图书馆的史料和实践，分析两者在捐助历史、公益服务、捐助理念上的相同，对比它们在捐助方法与策略、运作模式、馆藏特色与服务、最终归宿等方面存在的不同，指出为吸引更多的社会力量参助图书馆事业，我国政府应鼓励社会力量参助图书馆事业，并精心营造弘扬公益慈善精神的社会氛围，同时各捐助图书馆要不断提高馆藏特色，优化办馆模式。
