大学生就业心理分析及其对策

摘    要:面对越来越严峻的就业形势,大学生在就业心理上出现了许多不健康的心理现象,如焦虑心理、自卑心理、攀高心理、依附心理等,产生这些问题的原因有社会因素、学校因素、家庭因素、自身因素等方面,解决这些问题需要高校加强培养模式的改革,建立心理辅导机构,也需要学生自身加强自我调适。

Abstract:In the face of the increasingly severe employment situation,university students have had a lot of unhealthy psychological phenomenon in employment psychology,such as anxiety,inferiority mentality,psychologically unrealistic comparision with the higher and psychological attachment.The causes of the problems include social factors,school factors,family factors and their own factors,etc.To solve these problems need strengthening training mode reform,establishing psychological counselling organization and adjusting themselves to strengthen their own adaptation.
