| 摘 要： | 新时期、新阶段,国际国内形势纷繁复杂,既给库尔勒市的发展带来了重大机遇,也提出了严峻挑战。把握国际局势、应对复杂问题、抓好党风廉政,就成为库尔勒市党委、市政府的亟待解决的问题。在实践中,认识加强当前党风廉政建设工作的必要性和紧迫性,抓好理论学习、宣传教育、监督惩治、综合治理四个环节,库尔勒市的党风廉政建设就能取得良好的效果。
