| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的发展,我国城市化建设全面展开,城市经营理念不断更新完善,城市人居环境建设成为未来城市发展的新亮点。北京奥运会的日益临近,使得体育成为我国城市经营的重要手段,文章运用文化学和社会学中的研究方法,对经营城市理念、体育运营城市及其人居环境的建设模式进行理论分析。认为体育运营城市中的人居环境建设应本着“以人为本”、“可持续发展”、“和谐”的社会发展理念,将体育娱乐、商务休闲和文化终极目标导入人类居住生活区,构建人居环境的“CSD-C”概念模式的理论体系,打造未来城市人居环境“关注人本生活、关爱身体健康、关心生态环境”的文化品质。

| Abstract: | With the development of economic society,the urbanization construction of our country is launched in an all-round way,the urban management theory brings in constant renewal in perfectly,and the environmental construction of the urban human settlements becomes the new light spot of city development in the future.The closing on day by day of the Beijing Olympics,make sports become the important means that the city of our country manages.The article uses the research approach in the science of culture and sociology,enter theory analysis in managing the urban idea,construction mode of running the city and human settlements environment of sports.Think that sports runs in line with putting people first,sustainable development,harmonious social idea of development that human settlements environmental construction should in the city,channel the sports and amusement,business and recreation and ultimate goal of culture into the mankind and inhabit to the biotope,structure the theoretical system of CSD-C concept mode of the human settlements environment,make future urban human settlements cultural quality that environment pay close attention to the thing people life this,care about healthy,care about ecological environment. |
