| Abstract: | Along with the establishment of socialist market economy system and reformation of high educaitonal system, There are so much graduated students step to a wrong way when they looking for jobs. Objectively, we need an effective analysis on their mentality about occupation. The qualities and abilities which are necessary to develop occupation are definitely the premise and foundation to establish the ideal occupation demand system of graduated students. |
