| 摘 要： | 法治是治理国家的基本形式。在中国治理史上，法家提倡“法治”，为我们提供了可资借鉴的思想资源和丰厚营养。新中国成立以来，经过党的几代中央领导集体坚持不懈的探索，我国最终走上了“法治”建设的科学治国之路。从历时性的角度考察法治中国建设的历史进程和伟大成就，对于全面推进依法治国、建设中国特色社会主义法治体系、建设社会主义法治国家具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The basic form of governing a country is the rule of law. In Chinese governing history, the Legalists advocate“govern the country with the law”, which provide us a lot ideological resources we can draw and rich nutrition. Since the new China was founded, after several generations of the central parth leadership collective unremitting exploration, we were finally embarked on a scientific governing way of the rule of law. Inspect the historical process and the great achievements of the rule of law in China construction from the perspective of diachronic review, will be significantly good for promoting the rule of law comprehensively, building the rule of law system with socialism with Chinese characteristics, and construct a socialism country under the rule of law. |
