| 摘 要： | 当前我国成人教学的质量和效益受到不同程度的质疑。究其原因,忽视成人教学艺术性的追求,缺乏对成人学员乐学教学艺术的研究是很重要的一个方面。本文试从成人学员乐学教学艺术的价值所在、影响成人学员乐学的因素以及如何开展成人学员乐学教学艺术的策略建议等角度对成人学员乐学教学艺术进行探究,以期找到提高成人教学质量和效益的有效策略。
