| 摘 要： | 清代统治者在继承前代的基础上，对监察官员的选任与考察形成了较为完备的制度。在选任上，重视个人的品行，文化素养要求高。重视实践经验，推行回避制度；在考察与管理上，严格考核奖惩，严肃监察纪律，规范其行为。从现代监察制度建设的角度看，清代的监察制度仍有一些合理因素，值得今人借鉴。

| Abstract: | As one of the basic systems in feudal China,the supervisory system played an important part in making sure that state organs can work normally and effectively.The rulers of different dynasties paid special attention to the selection of supervisory officials.On the basis of inheriting experience from previous dynasties,the rulers of the Qing Dynasty formed a better system for the selection and investigation of supervisory officials. |
