| 摘 要： | 山西省人口数量较多,其增长速度高于全国平均水平,而且人口素质比较低,这些都严重制约了山西社会、经济的发展,从而影响了山西教育的发展;教育水平的低下又反作用于人口素质,影响人口素质的提高。贯彻十六届三中全会精神,按照科学发展观的思想,促使人口与教育协调发展,是我省人口与教育面临的重要课题。

| Abstract: | Shanxi province has a large population, with a higher rate of growth than the national average level and a poorer quality. These problems have seriously restricted Shanxi's social and economic development, thus affecting the development of education. Low educational level in turn affects the quality of population. According to the spirits of the Third Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party and the scientific outlook on development, the coordinated development of population and education is an important issue confronted by our province. |
