| 摘 要： | 指出现有图书馆危机管理系统研究存在实证不足的缺点，在实地调研的基础上，提出建立图书馆危机管理系统应着重考虑的因素，深入分析图书馆危机管理系统的需求和目标，研究图书馆危机管理系统项目实施的组织结构，并详细设计图书馆危机管理软件系统的结构和功能。
