| 摘 要： | 运用调查分析等方法,对湘西少数民族地区希望小学的体育课、师资配备、场地器材、经费投入、组织管理等进行了调查研究,结果发现,农村小学,特别是少数民族地区中心小学以下片小、村小体育教育状况与全国平均水平存在较大差距,希望小学校舍等硬件建设通过“希望工程”有了非常大的改观.建议各级政府教育部门、学校下大力气解决软件配套建设问题.

| Abstract: | By using the methods of investigation, the author makes the study on teacher condition, sports apparatus, financial investment, organizing management in promising engineering schools in minority region of western Hunan. The result shows that physical education in most of the village schools of this area lags far behind the national average level. There has been considerably improvement in schools hardware such as schools building through the promising engineering. It suggests that education authorities at various levels should pay special attention to solve the problem in schools building. |
