| 摘 要： | 我国社会逐渐老龄化程度加深,庞大的老年人群的教育需求日渐上升,国家也相应出台了许多相关政策推动老年教育的发展,但是对于老年教育的认识基本停留在单纯的娱乐身心层面,与目前老龄化社会发展和老年人自身价值实现的需求相矛盾,并且由于认识的偏差和经费不足,对老年教育的投入也较少,造成目前老年教育发展不完善。通过分析我国老年人的学习需求,结合老龄化理论和老年教育现状的突出矛盾,从社会观念、管理机构、资源整合、资金问题和课程改革等方面提出了解决措施。

| Abstract: | China is faced with the gradually aging society,and the educational needs of the group of the elderly are increasing day by day.Relevant policies to promote the development of elderly education have been issued at the state level.However,the understanding of elderly education has always remained at the level of entertainment,which is in contradiction with the current needs of aging society and the self value realization of the elderly.Due to the cognitive deviation,the investment in elderly education is not enough,resulting in the imperfect development of elderly education.By analyzing the learning needs of the elderly,based on the prominent contradiction between the positive aging theory and the present situation of elderly education,this paper puts forward solutions from the following aspects:social concept,management organization,resource integration,financial problem,curriculum reform and so on. |
