| 摘 要： | 随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。作为满足和丰富社区居民终身学习需求主要阵地的社区教育历经了各地兴起与区域发展,社区居民终身学习需求在一定程度上得以满足,同时也正被不断激活与增强,从而导致了社区教育原有的管理体制、师资队伍、经费供给、课程建设与信息化协同等方面与社区居民不断增长的终身学习需求之间不均衡不充分发展问题日益突显。为有效破解这些现实困惑,积极探索以强化考核机制为纽带进一步明确组织管理制度、以稳定教师结构为主导进一步加强师资队伍建设、以增强合作发展为契机进一步拓宽经费筹措渠道、以推进资源共享为动力进一步完善教育设施设备、以彰显价值引领为核心进一步突显社区教育内涵、以提升教育实力为宗旨进一步推进社区教育品牌创建等举措将成为推进社区教育高质量发展、构建全民终身学习的学习型社会建设的主要动力与路径选择。

| Abstract: | As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the main social contradiction in China has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development.As the main means to meet and enrich the lifelong learning needs of community residents,community education has experienced local rise and regional development.The lifelong learning needs of community residents have been met to a certain extent,and are also being continuously activated and strengthened.As a result problems are becoming increasingly prominent in community education such as the insufficiency and imbalance between the original management system,teaching staff,fund supply,curriculum construction and information synergy and the growing lifelong learning needs of community residents.In order to effectively solve these practical problems,the organization and management system may be clarified by strengthening the assessment mechanism,the teacher team can be strengthened by stabilizing the teacher structure,the financing channels can be broadened by enhancing cooperative development,the educational facilities and equipment may be perfected by sharing resources,the connotation of community education may be highlighted by value leading,and the edutional strength can be improved by the establishment of community education brand.All these will become the main driving force and path for promoting the high-quality development of community education and building a learning society of lifelong learning for all the people. |
