摘    要:师生关系是否和谐直接影响到教育教学的效果、学校培养目标的实现,影响到学生心理健康和全面发展,影响到教师高尚师德的积淀和引领作用。本文围绕科学发展观学习与实践、教育功能诠释、和谐师生关系构建与要求展开讨论。强调师生之间的和谐沟通、交往,注重共同发展;针对四维度和谐师生关系,探讨多渠道塑造和谐师生关系改善教育教学效果的途径和方式,鼓励研究和发现,提倡探索和创新精神。旨在以科学发展观为指导塑造充满活力、富有效率、更加亲和、有利于双方可持续发展的和谐师生关系,不断完善和丰富教育的知识生产、传播、应用以及创新等功能。
