组织心理所有权与工作态度、行为和结果的关系研究

摘    要:为探索组织心理所有权与员工工作态度、组织公民行为和工作绩效之间的关系,抽取236名被试进行问卷调查,并建立结构方程模型进行分析。结果显示:组织心理所有权对情感承诺和工作满意度有显著影响;情感承诺对各层面的组织公民行为有显著影响;群体和社会层面的组织公民行为对工作绩效产生显著的影响;组织心理所有权通过情感承诺对各层面的组织公民行为有显著的间接影响;情感承诺通过群体和社会层面的组织公民行为对工作绩效有显著的间接影响。

Abstract:To examine the relationship of psychological ownership for the organization with work attitudes,organizational citizenship behavior and work performance,this study starts by developing hypotheses based on the related literatures.Then this study tests these hypotheses with data from 236 employees and uses the structural equation modeling analysis.The results show that: psychological ownership for the organization has significant effect on affective commitment and job satisfaction;affective commitment has significant effect on all levels of organizational citizenship behavior,and job satisfaction effects on all levels of organizational citizenship behavior through emotional commitment;psychological ownership of the organization has a significant indirect impact on every dimension of organizational citizenship behavior through affective commitment;affective commitment has a significant indirect impact on performance through group dimension and social dimension of organizational citizenship behavior.
