| 摘 要： | 首先分析了航空制造企业合作创新的基本类型以及特点。其次分析了国防知识产权区别于普通知识产权的主要特点。在此基础上,基于博弈经济学方法研究航空制造企业合作创新的知识产权混合策略博弈,分析了航空制造企业合作创新的知识产权共享行为决策以及混合策略均衡时的期望效用,指出航空制造企业知识产权共享的期望效用取决于知识产权共享活动所带来的最大收益以及合作企业知识产权共享意愿(概率)。

| Abstract: | Basic types and their characteristics of cooperative innovation for aeronautical enterprises are analyzed.Main characteristics of military intellectual property which is different from ordinary intellectual property are also studied.Based on the game theory,mix strategy game for intellectual property is constructed.Then,strategic decision of intellectual property and expected utility are analyzed.The expected utility not only depends on the maximum payoff brought by intellectual property sharing,but also on the possibility of intellectual property sharing for the cooperative enterprise. |
