摘    要:政府管理过程是领导与下属互动沟通的过程,但由于权力互动的缺乏、体制的不健全、机制互动的封闭和情感互动的不足成为互动沟通的主要障碍,因此应努力排除障碍从权力互动、机制互动、情感互动等方面扩宽领导与下属之间的互动沟通.

Abstract:Illustrating the importance of interactive communication between leaders and subordinates in administrations, the author points out that the interactive dilemma between leaders and subordinates results from lack of interactive power, defected system, closed interactive mechanism and insufficient emotional interaction. The paper suggests that real interactive communication should be based on interaction of power, mechanism and emotions between leaders and subordinates.
