| 摘 要： | 民法学教学中存在一些问题和争议.无论教学目标、教学策略、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段等都有完善之余地.民法学教学目标应为传授知识与培养能力并重,教学策略注重激发学生兴趣,教学内容与时俱进,教学方法采取教师教授与学生实践相结合,充分利用多媒体手段等,来共同致力于改进教学效果,培养具有扎实理论功底和较强实践能力的法学人才.

| Abstract: | There are some problems and controversies in the Civil Law teaching. There is room to improve in teaching objectives, teaching strategies, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching methods and other aspects. Civil Law teaching objectives should attach equal importance to imparting knowledge and building capacity. The teaching strategies should focus on stimulating students＇ interest. The teaching content should keep up with the times. The teaching meth- ods should value the practice and make full use of multimedia tools. The aim is to train students who have solid theoreti- cal foundation and practical ability of law professionals. |
