| Abstract: | As the first round of class teachers training has almost been brought to an end, it is found out that the training model in practice cannot meet class teachers＇ need for high quality, high level and theory - practice integrated training. Hence a new class teachers training model of blended training emerges as the times require. This paper introduces the features of such blended training model and explores its practice. |
