班主任混合式培训模式实践探索

摘    要:随着第一轮班主任培训工作基本结束,实践发现原来那些培训模式无法满足班主任对高质量、高层次,理论与实践融为一体的培训需要,于是一种新的班主任培训模式——混合式培训应运而生.本文介绍混合式培训模式特点以及对这种模式的实践探索.

Abstract:As the first round of class teachers training has almost been brought to an end, it is found out that the training model in practice cannot meet class teachers' need for high quality, high level and theory - practice integrated training. Hence a new class teachers training model of blended training emerges as the times require. This paper introduces the features of such blended training model and explores its practice.
