| Abstract: | The part-time archivists play an important role in archives management in colleges and universities. Based on the management predicaments existing in our country＇ s part-time archivists in colleges and universities, this paper will classify and analyze them combining with the actual work experience and the management process construction, and it also will propose relevant optimization methods. In colleges and universities, we should take more measures to strengthen the guidance for part-time archivists in order to improve the work efficiency and service quality. |
