摘    要:教师专业发展是当今教育世界的主流话语。基础教育领域教师的话语权能从某种意义上反映的就是教师专业意识的觉醒和主体地位的确立。因此,要改变基础教育教师话语权力的现实缺失,就必须从提高教师的专业能力、提升教师的专业地位着手。

Abstract:The development of teachers' specialty is currently a mainstream speech in the educational world, and the speech powers &functions of teachers in basic education can, in a sense, reflect the awakening of teachers' specialty and the establishment of subject position. Therefore, the current defect of such power can be eliminated by means of improving ability of teachers' specialty and their discipline position.
