| 摘 要： | 服务地方经济发展是地方高校的主要职能之一,常熟理工学院作为新建地方本科高校,为了更好地服务常熟经济发展,2013年暑假选派就业工作人员深入到周边县市开发区了解产业结构、企业发展以及用人需求,为人才培养收集资料。基于此,通过走访企业、问卷调查提出建立校园人才市场,构建互动就业服务平台,加强与政府、企业合作交流,构建共享平台,以期促进学生充分就业。

| Abstract: | Serving local economic development is one of the key roles of the local colleges and universities. In order to better serve Changshu economic development,Changshu Institute of Technology,as a new local undergraduate college,sent the employment staff to learn about the industrial structure,enterprise development and employment demand of the development zones in surrounding counties and cities to collect information for talent training in 2013 summer vacation. Through visiting enterprises,and the questionnaire survey, this paper proposes that we should establish the campus talent market,build the interactive employment service platform,strengthen the cooperation and communication with the government and enterprises,and build the sharing platform to promote students＇ full employ-ment. |
