聚偏氟乙烯压电薄膜的研究进展与应用

摘    要:聚偏氟乙烯(polyvinylidene fluoride简称PVDF)压电薄膜是一种新型的高分子聚合物型敏感材料。由于PVDF薄膜具有良好压电性能和机械性能,在很多领域得到了广泛的应用。本文首先对PVDF压电薄膜进行了简单的理论分析,然后对其在医学测量、力学测量、能量采集、传感器以及结构模态等方面国内外的最新研究情况进行了详细阐述。最后概述其产品的应用状况,并指出PVDF压电薄膜的应用前景和发展方向。

Abstract:As a new piezoelectric polymer material,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)film is applied in many fields for its good piezoelectric and mechanical characteristics.This paper first gives a brief introduction to its theoretical research,and then presents the latest study status in the fields of force measurement,structure model measurement,medical implements,sensor and energy harvesting etc.at home and abroad.Last,the application of pvdf sensors is summarized and the trend of its development is prospected as well.
