| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化进程中 ,如何高质快速地实现跨越式发展 ,杭州电子工业学院几年来对此进行了较为系统的理论探索和实践改革 ,并取得了显著成效。主要的发展思路是 :合理定位 ,创出特色 ;既要遵循教育规律 ,又要引进经济规律 ;要通过体制创新 ,不断激发办学活力。

| Abstract: | In the process of higher education massification, how to achieve leap development rapidly is always in question. The Hangzhou College of Electronics has made systematic exploration both in theory and practice, which showed obvious effect. Their main thoughts are: holding reasonable identity; developing uniqueness; abiding by the education law in attention to economic regulations; constant stimulating motivations for school-running through system creation. |
