| 摘 要： | 临床上,＂自家苗＂是用某猪场自然发病病例分离到的病原或将病变组织捣碎并作适当稀释,用灭活剂将病原灭活后加入佐剂而制成。一些猪场使用＂自家苗＂对某些疫病进行防治,取得了一定的效果,但也有不少猪场因使用＂自家苗＂而导致猪场疾病不断甚至蒙受极大损失。分析认为,＂自家苗＂对猪疫病产生治疗效果是表面现象和偶然现象,猪场使用＂自家苗＂防治疫病是不科学的,存在散毒、诱发机体对病原的易感性、导致猪群产生免疫耐受、导致免疫机体对其它病原体的抵抗力下降、免疫效果存在不确定性、影响其他疫苗的免疫程序和免疫效果等风险。国家对＂自家苗＂的生产和使用应制订法定标准和规范工艺,确保猪场安全生产。

| Abstract: | Autogenous vaccine in clinical is the isolated pathogen or broken lesions tissue from natural incidence case of pig farms, which is appropriately diluted and inactivated, then mixed with adjuvant. Some farms acquired certain effect on disease prevention and control after using autogenous vaccine, meanwhile constant pig disease even huge lose were caused by autogenous vaccine. The analysis indicated that the effect of autogenous vaccine on disease efficacy is surface and accidental phenomenon, it is unscientific and risk （susceptibility of pathogen on virus excretion and induced body, immune tolerance, decreased resistance of immune body to others pathogen, uncertain immune effect, interference of immune process and result to others vaccines） to use autogenous vaccine in pig farms. The legal standard and normative process of production and use should be established to ensure safe production of pig farms. |
