| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法，对兰州市部分高校学生参加户外运动的现状及影响因素进行了较为全面、客观的调查与分析。调查结果表明：兰州高校普通学生对户外运动的参与意向较高，男女生对户外运动的选择表现出极大的差异，男生在穿越、探险、攀岩等项目上选择的人数，明显高于女生，女生在登山、郊游、徒步等项目上的选择比例明显高于男生；愉悦心情为大学生参加户外运动的首选动机；但由于众多客观因素的限制，导致参与情况不乐观。研究结果为兰州高校学生户外运动的健康发展与科学指导提供了一定的依据，并对如何培养兰州高校学生的终身体育思想与体育行为提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | The article based on documentation, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other methods does a more comprehensive and objective investigation and analysis of Lanzhou college students participation in outdoor sports and the affecting factors. The study finds that： Lanzhou Normal University students have higher intention to participate in outdoor sports; boys and girls on the choice of outdoor sports show great differences, boys in rock climbing, traversing, select the number of exploration projects was significantly higher than girls, while girls love excursions, mountain climbing, hiking and other projects, with significantly higher ratio than boys; pleasant mood for college students is the main choice motivation for them to participate in outdoor sports; however, a number of objective factors lead to participation rate not optimistic. The study provides some basis and scientific guidance for college students in Lanzhou to participate in outdoor sports, and offers some recommendations on how to train college students in Lanzhou forming life-long behavior of sport. |
