| 摘 要： | 舞龙、舞狮雏萌于原始社会，发展至今已有几千年的历史，舞龙舞狮运动的发展衍生于华夏民族的发展之中，具有广泛的民间群众基础。文章结合高校学生群体的身心特点，将舞龙舞狮运动引进高校，探究其在高校中开展的有益价值，具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The dragon and lion dances originated in primitive society, they have the development history of thousands of years, the development of Chinese nation has driven of the dragon and lion dances, with a wide range of mass basis. According to the physical and mental characteristics of college students, it has the vital significance to introduce the dragon and lion dances into colleges, to explore their useful value in colleges. |
