摘    要:新生害羞程度越高适应性越差,有效的心理干预方法是预防恶性心理循环形成的关键。研究制定了一套完整的鼓圈干预方案,并采用害羞量表(ShyQ)、评估他人量表(EOS)和大学生适应性量表对60名高害羞程度的大一新生进行干预前后的适应性评估,以探究鼓圈对改善害羞大学新生入校后适应不良问题的干预效果。结果表明:(1)7次干预后干预组在3项评估中的得分与干预前差异性显著,表现在干预组学生害羞程度显著下降、对他人评价和适应水平显著提升;而对照组只有ShyQ的得分存在差异性显著,即对照组学生害羞程度显著下降、适应水平没有显著提升。(2)干预组与对照组在3项评估中的得分差异性显著,表现在干预组害羞程度显著低于对照组,适应性显著高于对照组。结论:鼓圈对害羞大学生适应性的干预效果显著,为今后害羞大学生适应性的干预提供了具体的可操作性方案。

Abstract:The higher the degree of shyness of the college freshmen, the worse their adaptability was. Effective psychological intervention was the key to prevent the formation of vicious psychological cycle. In this study, a complete drum circle intervention program was designed. The shy scale(ShyQ), the evaluating others scale(EOS) and college students’ adaptability scale were used to evaluate the effect before and after drum circle intervention on 60 high degree of shy college freshmen. The aim was to study the role of drum circle intervention on improving the maladjustment of shy college freshmen. The results showed that after 7 times of intervention, the scores of the intervention group in 3 kinds of assessments were significantly different from those before the intervention, it was found that the degree of shyness was significantly reduced for intervention group, and the evaluation to others and adaptation level were significantly improved. However, only the scores of ShyQ in the control group showed significant difference. The degree of shyness in the control group decreased significantly, while the adaptation level did not improve significantly. The scores of the intervention group and the control group were significantly different in the 3 kinds of assessments, which showed that the shyness degree of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group, and the adaptability was significantly higher than the control group. It could be concluded that the intervention effect of drum circle for the adaption of shy students is obvious, which provided a detailed operational program for the intervention of shy college students in the future.
