| 摘 要： | 新中国成立70年来我国体育学理论话语建设成绩显著，为指导推动体育实践发展提供了理论支持，但也存在一些问题和不足。在强国建设新时代，无论是基于国内体育发展现实需要，还是基于国际体育交往需要，都亟待构建具有中国特色的体育学理论话语体系。采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，研究指出新时代中国体育学理论话语体系的构建目标是探索和揭示体育特征和发展规律，为中国体育实践提供科学指导和价值引领，为世界体育发展提供中国经验与促进世界体育文明进步；构建原则是坚持理论与实践相统一、继承性与创新性相统一、民族性与人类性相统一，构建路径是聚焦中国体育发展实践、形成原创性概念和理论、传承优秀中华体育文化、学习借鉴国外体育成果、主动设置国际体育议题与提升中国体育学术话语权。

| Abstract: | In the 70 years since the founding of P.R.C, China has made remarkable achievements in the construction of sports theoretical discourse, providing theoretical basis for the development of sports. However, there are also problems and deficiencies. Therefore, in the new era of building China into a powerful country, it is urgent to build a theoretical discourse system of sports with the Chinese characteristics, no matter from the practical needs of domestic sports development or from the needs of international sports exchanges.Through literature review and logical analysis, this paper discusses the significance and function, problems and deficiencies, objective, principle and ways of the Chinese sports theoretical discourse system. The formation of the Chinese sports theoretical discourse system recognized by the international academic frontiers, being authoritive and influential needs not only the national hard power as the basis, the more perfect discipline system as the support, but also the initiative of the experts and the scholars to create high-level theoretical research results with the Chinese characteristics. |
